Wasn't it the Chilean President that was re-elected this past Summer? He had somewhat of an endorsement from Castro. Figures, the Chilean President robbed the election and is a freakin' Commie dictator.

The presidents of Chile, Brazil, Bolivia, Venezuela, and other South American countries are extreme left wing ideologues aligning themselves with Castro and Chavez.
Jimmy Carter sold out American interest and let the Chinese into Panama. Now the Chinese are trying to push American interest out in South America. This is very disturbing as the Chinese could block the Panama Canal and disrupt the economies of several nations. All this without firing a shot across Americas bow.
China is pushing the envelop as many Asian countries try to do. You can hardly travel anywhere at any resort with out meeting those rude bastards.

Was that Chile or Venezuela? I know the Venezuelan elections were very controversial. Some thought it was stolen. Well, everyone except Jimmy Carter.
One of these South American leaders hates Bush. I thought it was the Venezuelan President. The guy claims Bush is covertly trying to oust him.

Yikes! Are you confused.
It was the Venezuelan president.
