Whether he does or not, the liklihood of him being lethally injected is between slim and none. California has many people on death row, and zero executions.

The will of the people be damned, rogue politicians do whatever the hell they please.

Should he get the death penalty? Absolutely! He should have gotten two counts of premeditated murder, not just one. At least he did get one.

Garagos, what the hell do you provide for all that money?

Willie Horton was sentenced to death.

The US Supreme Court determined the death penalty was cruel and unusual and everyone on death row had their sentence commuted to life.

Horton's sentence was commuted to life in prison.

Michael Dukakis thought this conviceted murderer was entitled to weekend passes out of jail.

The rest is history.

Garagos didn't charge a dime. It was all pro bono. Why do you think he didn't bother to show up when the jury came back?
