I'm sure we haven't seen the last of our very own Shiny Pony. Seems there's always room in Democrat politics for one more ambulance-chasing, scum-bucket lawyer.
How can they or he say that he "gave up his senate seat"? He never gave it up, because to give it up, he would have resigned. The fact that he didn't, shows just how money hungry and selfish he is. If he wasn't the most selfish person alive, he would have given up the seat and let Easley appoint Bowles to his seat. Bowles would have incumbent status and could have possibly beaten Burr. Personally, I'm glad he didn't, but am saying this, just to show the selfishness of him--just like the clintons--thinks of NOTHING or NO ONE but himself.
got me.
i just reported what i heard on the radio as i was listening to the liberal news at the top of the hour in bed.
more of an issue for me was, what if kerry-edwards did win? here's what i do NOT understand: HOW would a trial lawyer that made his wealth off of the u.s. health care system FIX the health care system? if there is anyone thing wrong with the current system, it's the trial lawyers that are making insurance for doctors unaffordable.
