Did the voice their complaints after receiving calls from a call agency, like the 'disenfranchised' voters in FL?? (remember it came out that the night of the election, the Dims had a call agency in Texas (I believe) calling voters in Fl asking them if they were disenfranchised?? )

Just for the record. One of the last of the Faubus Dixiecrats in Arkansas state politics titled his autobio: "How to Steal an Election". I was a GOP poll worker in the county. It's hard to hide a M1A under a sport coat!

Did a google search on Robert Fitrakis -- seems he has written some interesting articles the last few years with titles like "The Bush-Rove-Schwarzenegger Nazi Nexus", "Torture and abuse: A pattern and practice of the US military ", "The Smirking Chimp", "Kerry, Nader and the Greens Need to Kill the Circular Firing Squad", ""America's Bio/Chemical Weapons", "Chemtrails Over America", "Call it What It Is: Nazi-Style Propaganda", "Twelve Ways Bush is Now Stealing the Ohio Vote", "Gott mit uns: On Bush and Hitler’s rhetoric", "Deals For Dubya".

So, as you can see, Dr. Fitrakis is just a concerned citizen and has no agenda.

BTW, he is also the founder of the "Columbus League of Pissed Off Voters", along with harvey Wasserman and MOVE ON PAC

Robert Fitrakis is more renowned locally as a wingnut columnist in an underground newspaper. He left to the point of nearly being an anarchist.</p>

Libertarian Michael Badnarik and the Green Party's David Cobb

The LP has proved to be about as reliable an ally as PB. Both joining with friggin' commies to defeat GW.

I am glad that JR has banned them from this forum.

(For the hard of hearing, let me reiterate that I am talking about the Libertarian Party, not libertarian-minded Republicans who support common-sense and the President, because I am one of those myself.)

It says he will be representing people who cast ballots on Nov. 2. What exactly is the claim then? They got to vote, did they not? This suit will be dismissed outright, with prejudice. As a 3d year law student I can say that this guy needs to go back to his first year of law school and get a clue. What a disgrace to the legal profession.

I wouldn't be concerned about this side show. All they are trying to do is make noise. The very best they could do is raise enough stink that would throw it into the courts, where the OH legislature could choose the electors just like the FL legislature was getting ready to do.

It's my understanding the OH legislature is Republican, and even looking past that I think the House in Washington can simply choose to disqualify Ohio's Electors, and Bush would win in either case. That would be very ugly way to do it though.

Anyone who voted has no case, and anyone who didn't vote has no case...
