A lawsuit that would force Kerry to reveal his complete military record -- including the likely dishonorable discharge? Nice to dream about, but NOT A CHANCE.
I agree it would be nice. But, Kerry will never file because he does not want to be put under oath for his deposition, and all of his records will be made available during discovery. Although, the records could be ordered "Confidential - For Attorney's Eyes Only" which would prevent the records from being seen by anyone other than the attorneys. They would not be able to distribute them, and the file would still be sealed to the public. The only way we will see his real discharge, is if the Judge allows it. And, with some of the liberal whack-jobs on the bench in some courts, that is possible.
