Chrissy just said the crowd has been asked to lower their umbrellas so they can all see (but they'll get wet, I would note).
Then he said it was kinda sad it rained, but then pointed out that people have gotten married on sunny days and it hasn't always lasted. Chris further opined he doesn't think God grants weather like that.
Andrea jumps in that it was often remarked that with Reagan people would point out the the sun would emerge at certain points and Matthews says that is "Frighteningly messianic".
