Kerry's actions and threat of a lawsuit is very remiscent of John Dean's lawuits directed at G. Gordon Liddy.
Since Mr. O'Neill, like Liddy, has openly welcomed a day in court. I'm certain that so much dirt against Kerry will be un-earthed during discovery. That Kerry will back off. Run and hide. Yet try to claim "validation".
