Also Kerry would have to sue the source of the most damaging statements to him, John Kerry. For those who didn't read "Unfit For Command", Kerry's own words were used to sink him. The truth hurts.

In order to prvoe libel, he'll have to sign the SF-180. This proves the selflessness of John O'Neill. He knew this, before he ever wrote one word of "Unfit". He was willing to go through the risk and cost of being sued, just to get Kerry to sign the SF-180!
