Hopefully it won't get that far. The solidly Republican legislature should utterly crush this and it's sponsor long before it even gets near the Governor's desk. But I'm worried that this is the opening salvo in a battle that will last for a good long time. Waaaaay past the 2008 election cycle, unless we are able to crush it NOW, before it gets underway.
