V....the map is a standard site plan that was done pre Computer Aided Drafting....before the standard practice to complete drawings on computer.
Just a quick glimpse shows street and building locations, as well as underground piping locations.
V....from the site plan shown in this post...there is an interestion of Achilles Street and Stillman Rd/St. in Rochester, New York.
I will check further to see if the other buildings noted on this plan are located/or have been located in Rochester to confirm the location.
