Yushchenko's doctors in Kiev, the Ukrainian capital, said they had determined that "chemicals not of a food origin'' had triggered the illness.
Severe backaches.....
Couldn't check for toxins since it had been 4 days ----that doesn't make sense. Arsenic and such can be detected for quite a long time after exposure. Any medical experts here who have an idea what chemical could do that to a person, then dissipate in 4 days?
We will never hear the truth
I did read that, when I was googling about arsenic. If tests (blood tests?) are not done in a day or 2 after exposure, it's gone from the body.
The only way to test for it after that timeframe is by checking the hair and fingernails, where arsenic will remain for quite some time. I wondered if they had done those tests on Yushchenko though.
Someone posted somewhere that the results of tests done on him in Austria have been sealed.
