The Threat Matrix

The title refers to a daily report given to the president of the United States detailing the most serious terrorist threats against the country. To tackle those threats, the government has formed a top-notch task force to infiltrate the terror cells and cut off the danger.

"Every morning, the president receives a list of the top ten terrorist threats - this list is known as the threat matrix."

"We should have secured the Mexican border."

That could be the pitiful lament we hear from negligent U.S. officials if Al Qaeda pulls off an attack on the United States using weapons of mass destruction smuggled across our southern frontier.

Were that horrendous event to happen, leaders in the administration and Congress would be justly hit with the same question that was perhaps unjustly cast at them and their predecessors after the unprecedented Sept. 11, 2001, terrorist attacks: Why didn't they connect the dots?

Several agencies have intercepted electronic communications pointing to Al Qaida's plans to launch a major attack over the next two weeks, Western intelligence sources said.

The sources said Al Qaida was planning to use Islamic subcontractors to carry out major attacks against civilian targets in Europe. Al Qaida has been gathering assets in several European Union countries and Russia over the past two months, the sources said.

Truer words never spoken. Youngest son worked in produce at a huge grocery chain. He told me the condition of some of the produce that arrived from foreign destinations was revulsive. How difficult would it be for a terrorist at the the shipping point to inject toxins? Orchard workers are a dime a dozen and turnover is frequent. How would they be traced with illegal, forged or no identity? Who would be the wiser until victims started to multiply?

Something is rotting in denmark here.. If they are labelling the 27th as a date for a strike by US officials (highly unlikely!!!!!) itd be very ignorant to say the 27th isnt some sort of significant date.

Just what the hell is up and where can we seperate the truth from fiction? I dont expect any answers because we dont have any but, something doesnt feel right. Add that to the 60 day osama video timeline, just sh!t.
