Hopefully a short excerpt is okay:
"Another elderly man said......"It was horrible," he told an AFP reporter."We suffered from the bombings. Innocent people died or were wounded by the bombings. "But we were happy you did what you did because Fallujah had been suffocated by the Mujahidin. Anyone considered suspicious would be slaughtered. We would see unknown corpses around the city all the time."
Post on this subject (1.) I think Chris Matthews is having an all-time record meltdown. He, Matthews, used to be known around the airwaves as the tough interrogator news-guy-journalists whatever back when. Like, people would watch closely to see Matthews take somebody apart. His rapid-fire staccato questions and answering for the guests, and so on.
Now....it's like watching an old dog who doesn't know he has arthritis or something, the way he looks into the camera and ....
Matthews truly seems more embarrassed for some reason than Dan Rather does -- or never did....
"We are fighting a ruthless and evil enemy who wants to enslave the world and throw it back to the dark ages. We are fighting the people who killed 3,000 Americans on September 11, 2001, killed 190 Spaniards going to work last year, and slaughtered hundreds of children going to school in Russia this September."
pretty much sums it up - how can anyone argue with that?
The jackass is certainly the appropriate mascot for these people...
In a perfect world, it would have been Chris Matthews instead of Margaret Hassan who had been taken hostage.
His pompous attitude would have lasted about 15 seconds, as long as it took to crap his pants.
You know, the way he did the night Zell Miller chewed him a new rectal orifice.
It amazes me the way the leftists and their associated America-haters rant and rave about one freakin terrorist who got dispatched by a Marine and his M-16, but they have little or nothing to say about the victims of such terrorists.
I suppose it's all a matter of priorities when you're a liberal. The highest priority goes to whatever makes America look bad, the lowest priority?
ANYthing that has the potential to highlight the basic goodness of the American people and the men and women of honor who serve in our military.
Post on this subject (2.) Taking into account the events in the Netherlands, in Thailand, and the place no one wants to talk about, in our "politically correct", media.... the Darfur region of the Sudan, Africa, and taking into account the train bombing in Spain, and other recent events, it seems reasonable to think that the statements and actions by the Muslim people, mean they are serious in ridding the world of non-muslim people.
In case you think I exaggerate, it is also becoming apparent and evident, that the ordinary citizens who profess to be of the Islamic/muslim faith, are; some condoning what the terrorists do, and some accepting what the terrorists do, and basically, all of them do not, in anyway we can determine, condemn what the terorists do.
Maybe a world leader told the terrorists to kill Hassan.
Hassan spoke out against the international sanctions imposed on Iraq.
Did she (unwittingly?) know something damning about the oil-for-food scandal.
This article is a MUST read. This says it exactly the way I also see it. Too bad our liberal media will relegate it to file 13.

YOu know what Al Jazzpeera is not the Pentagon, that video is not like unobtainable by some enterprising media outfit. It would require only some limited $. The MSM just doesn't want to get the story out at all.
Crystal clear the monsters.Perhaps it's the culture now with cult facination towards little fake monsters.Jerks go to their safe bed with a head full of crap and don't have a flip for the real abominations.More likely it's a big playground in which countries rose and fell and they never got into that.In their face is everything of detestable murderous actions. This press could have made such an influence and saved many lives yet they seem to want to do 'Nam again.
