I simply can't imagine what circumstances would lead to such a realignment. It's an unreal question.
I can maybe visualize some future war with China, with Europe giving some sort of aid to the enemy short of actual fighting. I doubt whether Russia would kick in, because China is more of a threat to them than we are.
Balance of power politics makes it very unlikely, IMHO.

I could, I'm extremely paranoid. I'm part of the Vast Righ Wing Conspiracy. I think most of the world really, really hates, envies and despises up. They are so threatened by our culture and freedom.
We believe in individual freedom and responsibility. They believe in the mommy and daddy state to take care of them and supply all the answers so they don't have to think or worry.
