If we are talking about a total destruction then the USA can simply nuke them all...
but if we are talking about invasion too China, Russia and Europe, the answer will be no, simply because the US doesnt have the men power to do so, it cannot invade China, Russia and Europe by itself.
However if its just USA vs China or just USA vs Russia or just USA against Europe, then sure the USA will kick their asses!
But an allience? I am affraid thats too much, eaven for the USA.

It depends on who is Commander in Chief at the time. With Hillary as POTUS and Bill Clibton in charge of the UN, the United States of New France would surrender and call for UN troops to help squash the uprisings that would result.

Could we win? Consider this. We have 1000's of nuclear warheads ready to launch in about 20 minutes should the need arise. Even if somehow the enemy should manage to destroy ALL our land based missiles we have 24 nuke subs on patrol at all times. Each sub carries either 20 or 24 missiles and each warhead is mrvd to have 10 bombs. That means about 240 nuke bombs per sub times 24 sea based subs for a total of approximately 5200 nuclear bombs able to devastate any enemy.

What they did to the mainland would have a bearing on whether we 'won' or not but one thing is for sure. They cannot possibly 'win' since all of Europe Asia and the ME if necessary would be glowing slag.

Don't know. If we came to that place and we seemed to be losing due to being outnumbered in the field and that numerical disadvantage couldn't be overcome by our superior weaponry (conventional) then were it up to me I would issue a warning for the enemy to cease and desist and surrender or else face the use of tactical nukes. However once that threat is made it MUST be followed through with action if in fact the enemy doesn't surrender.
