I'm from Boston. My vote is largely symbolic but I cast it for Bush simply to aid him in getting that "all-important" popular vote.
The day after, I had occasion to go to the supermarket and was checked out by a young black girl. She was a friendly person (rare enough in her age and occupational group) and offered that Bush had somehow managed to pull it off again, steal the election. What was I to do? I just sighed deeply and internally and went on my way. This girl didn't author her belief. Someone inflicted it upon her.
Living in MA is tough, real tough.

Bless you...I don't put up with this crap anymore...I tell those kind of blowhards to either prove it or shut up. They look at me shocked.

I tell them that that kind of crap, spewed around by a lying media and repeated by a stupid generation brain-numbed by "reality TV" is exactly why Al-Qaida thought we would roll over when they used our own mass transportation to murder thousands of innocent civilians. I tell them that when they repeat traitorous nonsense like that, it's as if they are flying the planes into our buildings themselves. I then let them know they are standing examples of the failure of 50 years of liberal public school education and that perhaps its time for them to grow up.

I have always felt better...and gotten secret "well done"s from citizens who witnessed it in the "check out lines." The key to success is to say this nicely, politely, and with a huge "my guy won" smile on my face.

cheers,

Keith

"Living in MA is tough, real tough."

I know...that's why I moved to the south (from mASS)...you wouldn't believe the difference...in mASS they are taxed to death and do nothing but complain...here in TN just the thought of a state income tax makes the Boston Tea Party look like a kids slumber party. We still fight for what we believe in and the people of mASS just let the taxes and queers run them over...sorry...not for me...(by the way...how much industry is left in mASS compared to 40 years ago?)
