My guess is because he's the Democrat who led the successful movement in 1975 to change the Senate cloture rule (filibustering).
Now, he's gonna say it's not a good thing for the republicans to do LOL!

Watching Walter Mondull should be about as exciting as watching paint dry. A real PW (pants wetter).

If you count his late-entry 2002 Senate loss, Walter Mondale is the only person to lose an election in every single state in the Union. He lost in 49 states in 1984 (and his Minnesota win was razor thin).

CLINTOOON in the white house?- Mondull is an evil father
for not speaking out about this.-

Hey, say what we will about old Fritz, but that was pre-Bubba and pre-McAuliffe. The dems didn't have the venality they have now. They were a kinder, gentler party back then. Not right about any issues, but it wasn't as ugly as now.

Interesting? He lost 49 states to Reagan and them lost the 50th when he ran for Wellstone's seat.
In my book this makes him a total loser and not worth listening to.

Mondale is my favorite Democrat, not counting Zell Miller.
He's a all out leftist of course, but he's an honest and decent nut, and heck, HE'S LOST AN ELECTION IN EVERY STATE IN THE UNION!

Who's on tomorrow night, Dukakis?

Like clockwork. Probably wants his old job back. Kind of like Carter in that respect. Both really ought to give it up.
