ISLAMIC TERRORISTS KILL INNOCENT WOMAN
A video has surfaced showing the cold-blooded killing of Margaret Hassan, the woman who headed a humanitarian organization called CARE International. She lived in Iraq for 30 years and dedicated herself to helping Iraqis. The thanks for her tireless efforts came in the form of a bullet to the head. The video shows her blindfolded and wearing an orange jumpsuit. Yet, just as always, the terrorist-appeasing media refuses to acknowledge the following irrefutable facts:
Margaret Hassan was executed at point-blank range by terrorists.
These terrorists were Muslims, and thus can be accurately described as Islamic terrorists.
The vicious bastards that killed her believed that in doing so, their actions were approved by Allah, and will be rewarded in the after life. Nowhere in any of the mainstream press coverage will you see her killers being described as anything less than "insurgents." Some of the coverage makes it sound like she died as the result of an accident or something. If it's not that, then it must be George Bush's fault for invading Iraq, angering the insurgency, and making them kill her. It's simply amazing that the leftist media in this country refuses to properly identify the enemy in the war on terror. They're too busy apologizing for the actions of the insurgents and doing stories about the "root causes" of terrorism.
Now ... think about this. A US Marine puts a bullet in the head of a terrorist, a terrorist he thought was playing dead. Just the day or two earlier this very same Marine lost a good friend to a booby-trapped body of a "dead" insurgent terrorist. Now that we know this, I'm prepared to give this Marine a pass. Good going, Marine. Now we see more outrage over what the Marine did than we see over the murder of this innocent, caring woman. What's wrong with this picture?
This headline gets the Oxymoron Award.
Isn't the killing of innocents about the only thing terrorists are good at?
But I bet the video of a Marine shooting a "unarmed man" gets a lot more press even though that Marine had a friend get killed by a "unarmed man" earlier that day.

So, why isn't this video being shown 24/7 like the video of the Marine is being shown?

The Legacy Media is replaying this incident as if it's Abu Ghraib al over again - and Abu Ghraib got way way too much coverage. Kudos to our guys in Fallujah - they are doing one helluva job.

Mark Steyn always said (in a couple of articles) that the terrorists are interested in killing infidels, period. They don't care whether the infidels support their cause or oppose it with every fibre of their being. As long as they're infidels, they die.
It's hard for me to believe, but he's right. They just killed one of their best friends. That lady opposed the war and was involved in humanitarian assistance throughout the Saddam years. She was their best friend, and they shot her.
It doesn't seem like there's much reason to do anything but kill the terrorists. Cooperating with them won't even save your neck.

What with how they treat women I think this is a wonderful idea!
The real reason that GW won the election has more to do with the above statement than cultural issues in my opinion. The first round of this was the Abu Ghraib prison scandal. The media bias and non-support for our troops are way more disgusting than Gay Marriage. I think someone could support Gay Marriage without being unpatriotic (go with me on this, I'm not advocating Gay Marriage), but the Democratic Party has become the home for the anti-war, anti-US, pro-UN, pro-European Community movement. The media has been such a willing accomplice.
What you won't hear is that this was the reason for GW's victory because the media does not want to believe that most of the US supports our troops and war on terrorism. The Dems are going to walk right into the 2002 elections with this mindset and get trounced if they don't wake up and support our troops and Commander In Chief during a time of war. Kerry found more issues with the war than reasons to support it. He was obviously still in his 70's mindset and he clearly represents the moderate wing of the Democratic Party as it regards to the war on terror.
