Although it mentions dirty bombs, I would suspect that dirty bombs would use commercial radioisotopes which would not spread radioacive iodine. You live in a rural area. Don't worry, be happy. They will use the dirty bomb in a populated area.

Thanks for the information. I guess not having to face a nuclear threat is a pretty good trade off for having to drive 12 miles to the nearest fast food restaurant and 40 miles to the movie theater. ;^)
