Yes, but I believe that's just a conspiracy theory. McVeigh was the culprit and I don't believe there was any middle eastern connection.
And, I guess it depends on your definition of terrorists. I would submit that there are plenty of American terrorists, we just don't happen to call them that. Are urban gangs not terrorist organizations? Drug cartels? Etc.?
I'm not saying there aren't plenty of criminal and thugs of every description.
But Islamic Jihad terrorists? They're all Muslims, oddly enough.
