Don't just boycott them... Call them and let them know why. Without doing that nothing will change.

As an alternative....
Sears has implemented a policy wherein all reservists have been told that their jobs will be held until they return from duty. Additionally, Sears will continue to cover the health benefits of reservist families.

Note to self: To avoid mind-numbing bell-ringers, shop at Target.

I've banned Target stores for years. I may be mistaken, but I think they are owned by the French.

Or we could just note this loss to Target Corp and see if they'll write up a check to make up the difference?
That would save a bunch of cold feet!~}

I guess that means other stores I visit will be getting more of my business and the bell ringers will also be getting more.

Hello,
And the decision by Target to ban the Salvation Army cost them my business. In addition, I will inform my entire family at Thanksgiving of the situation and my decision. I will be sending a check to the Salvation Army to help make up (in a small way) what they will not collect in front of Target stores.
Glad to be here (take that, Target!), MOgirl

I've been boycotting our local Target for some time now, but that's because their merchandise has become very shabby and lacking in consistency, and there's not any workers who speak English.
To: llevrok
Target is owned by a French conglomerate.

I used to buy gift cards at targay for my children and others' children because it seemed like decent place.
then one day i went in there looking for a video and saw prominently displayed some soft porn and said, "no mas, amigo."
screw 'em.

Target is not French Owned. Their problem is their left wing home office management based in the Blue State of Mn.

From my Guard years...I believe there's actually a federal law that says an employer HAS to give you back your job when you get back from a deployment of up to 18 months.
...but the "benefits" part kicks butt...go Sears!!!
