Human rights official Louise Arbour said those responsible for any violations should be brought to justice.
Is Mr. Arbour going to bring the terrorists in Falluja who are responsible for 'violations' to justice?

Bear in mind that if President Bush had not put a stop to it, that this soldier and his whole chain of command would be subject to the dumb International Criminal (kangaroo) Court. It is highly likely sKerry would have reinstated that.

After the leak by El Baradai a week before the election, Kofi's continual anti-Americanism, are we surprised by this?

I think this story will quickly fade away no matter how hard the MSM pushes. The US public is just not interested in it.

I have a great idea.
How about we send those same marines to decontaminate the UN building in NY?

RUSH is opening up on the MSM on this, using Kerry's 1971 quotes about committing atrocities on MTP

As soon as this Marine says "I thought he might be boobytrapped", investigation over.

let the UN try to investigate and let the ICC declare american soliders guilty of atrocities. then let them try to arrest our soldiers.

Liberals just cannot understand the reality around them. I consider them domestic terrorists along with the MSM. This soldier is a hero, he has been trying to save my life for along time and I thank him for it. I have had it! Anyone who aligns with the left CAN GO TO HELL!!! and don't come back either! Enough with their snobbish rhetoric about leaving for Canada lets start kicking them out NOW!! you are no longer welcome here go away!!

I tell you, Kevin Sites of NBC made a big mistake implicating this Marine of a "war crime" before all the facts are known. For Sites, I guess fame trumps the safety and honor of the soldiers fighting in Iraq. It's all about the money, huh Kevin? Hope you're happy.

Let's find that Marine!
Then let's pin a medal on him: That's what we sent him there to do - kill those bastards before they kill us!

In a war, you take prisoners; you do this so the enemy will in turn treat your soldiers humanely.
Does ANYone anywhere think those terrorist scum would treat one of our men "humanely"?
Or even humanly?
You don't take prisoners when, for example, you're fumigating to rid your house of cockroaches...
