you would be surprised at how many people here in Holland are pro US, sure we have a lot of rabid US haters here too but I would say that in my direct surroundings, family, friends and colleagues, we are 80% pro America. I have a huge US flag in my living room next to my equally huge Netherlands flag (picture availabe on request :-)
but much like in America, the press here is firmly in the hands of the socialist rabble rousers, with few exceptions, the reason you don't hear about Euro's who are pro US is probably also that your press (CNN, CBS, the Dan Rather crew) only shows the anti US idiots from here, and the French of course. I admit there are many US haters here, but you would be surprised at how many US supporters are around here, believe me.

Please contribute as much as you can, we here in Freeperland do not trust MSM so it is nice to have posters that can tell us directly what is going on in their respective countrys.
We have been hearing lately about the problems the Netherlands have started having with Islamofascists also. Keep your eyes open--we'll pray for you and your friends.
I'm sorry for you and your fellows regarding the recent violence in your country. It's good that some of the Moroccan community is marching against the violent Muslims, but do you get the sense that there's widespread outcry from Muslims there against the terrorism? How about the anti-Muslim violence? We hear there has been outcry against that, too, but is that just blown out of proportion or not?
