When you are inside a building and you see a wounded terrorist who appears to be faking death, how close do you get to take a good look and how long do you look to determine this?
Again, my understanding is that these were not enemy who had just been encountered, but this was a building that was already occupied by our troops for a day. Is that incorrect?
Why was it not discovered earlier that this prisoner was alive? Why would a Marine fear that a prisoner held for a day could have a grenade?
