Wait a minute. This was pool footage, what the heck was NBC doing giving it out to Reuters?! And if Sites thought a crime had just been comitted, why didn't Sites hand the tape over to the proper military authorities? Or aren't our service people entitled to due process? Just terrorists evidently.
That the question of the day of course. Brian Kilmead on Fox&Friends says that Reuters was given the tape. He was incredulous and even made a comment pointing out Reuters anti-American bias.
