why didn't Sites hand the tape over to the proper military authorities? That the question of the day of course. Brian Kilmead on Fox&Friends says that Reuters was given the tape. He was incredulous and even made a comment pointing out Reuters anti-American bias.

And may I ask a stupid question, if enemy combatants are pretending to be dead or wounded to draw troops in and then blow everyone up, what the heck is the procedure for dealing with that? I don't need or want to know what it is, but I'm presuming we have one? Right?
