You make it sound scrumptious! Dark, bittersweet chocolate is my favorite. Truly good chocoloate melts in your mouth if it contains no paraffin.

Ever been fooled into thinking Baker's Chocolate Squares taste as good as they look? :o)

It is. They are famously selective in the beans they buy, paying something like 3x over market average. But the quality really shines in the flavor. You can actually taste the rich complex fruit flavor in the dark chocolate, not the bland cocoa-y taste most chocolate has. Really a cut above any other chocolate I've tasted.

Once, when I was a kid. I made off with it on the sly. For some reason, my mother was forgiving about the whole incident... :-)
