You make it sound scrumptious! Dark, bittersweet chocolate is my favorite. Truly good chocoloate melts in your mouth if it contains no paraffin.
Ever been fooled into thinking Baker's Chocolate Squares taste as good as they look? :o)
It is. They are famously selective in the beans they buy, paying something like 3x over market average. But the quality really shines in the flavor. You can actually taste the rich complex fruit flavor in the dark chocolate, not the bland cocoa-y taste most chocolate has. Really a cut above any other chocolate I've tasted.

Once, when I was a kid. I made off with it on the sly. For some reason, my mother was forgiving about the whole incident... :-)
There is a great chain called Cookies By Design. You can request a catalog or go online. They are everywhere.
Let me know what you think.
LOL! My experience was identical. I just popped one in my mouth and had to continue eating it because my brother and sisters were watching. Mom got a kick out of watching my face. I think I'm going to have to find some of that Scharffenberger's and give it to myself for Christmas to make up for the Baker's Squares episode. :o)
I will issue a complete after action report, D6. Thanks for the idea!!
Your spouse will be very grateful.
Wish my husband would send me one! :)
I checked them out. They look great -- some nice Thanksgiving-themed ones. I know some likely recipients --but not my wife right now, she's in serious diet mode and I NEVER interrupt that. She'll have to settle for the flowers, and maybe some basketball tickets (hee hee). And you tell your husband to get on the stick, or we'll get the FR enforcers on his case. You know, we're here to keep families functioning smoothly!! Thanks again, D6.
