At 2:45 to 2:48, there's a brief shot of a trooper with a rifle that doesn't look like an M-16, or an M-4 carbine. Does anyone know what he's carrying?

I could watch this stuff 24/7. They should have Mtv, Marine TV.

Yeah, that's what I'm talking about. The picture is too grainy for me to see clearly. It could be anything from an M-14 to one of the old M-79's.

Yeah, me too. (Although, as you know, the troopers here aren't Marines -- they're from the Army's First Infantry division.)

>>Marine light tank? A-1 Main battle tank?

Didn't see any LAVs in there. Think that was all Army, Big Red One. Bradleys and an M1A1. 120mm main gun, on the latter.

You're absolutely right. My mistake, the M43 is a new SAW varient.

Looked like a Mossberg shotgun. They still use them for close in.

Thanks for providing this clip. Thanks to the troops for allowing it to be shot, and for all they are doing.
