That's right folks... The country that gave us Beer and Maple Syrup as two if the five esential food groups and added the words "eh" and "aboot" to the lexicon, is making yet another contribution to American culture... They're offering to marry refugee liberals, fleeing from the tyrany of America, thus skirting Canadas immigration policies.

We should really embrace this jesture. I've spent some time purusing the "help wanted" ads on the site, and have come to conclusion, not only would be ridding our great country of tree-hugging, marxist, and teminally unemployed lefties, but we would be doing wonders for America's gene pool. The site advertises that the aforementioned refugees are "really hot." Speaking in my capacity as an expert on physical attractiveness, I can honestly say there isn't a single person I've seen listed on the website that I would touch with a ten foot poll, especially if the ten foot poll were a euphimism for a part of my anatomy.

Thus, it is a total win-win for us. We rid ourselves of the enemies of freedom and democracy, and further screw-up our neighbors to the North. Pretty good deal, Eh?

I disagree! Our northern neighbors are doing fine screwing themselves up, they don't need any help from us. But, the progressive left wingers heading north are going voluntarily and, therefore, can come back. And, when they come back, they can bring their newly acquired, semi-beautiful, socialist-eh, in-need-of-adequate-health-care, spouses.

I must admit to a warm spot in my memory banks for beautiful grey eyed girls, with soft accents from around Sudbury, but women from Canuckistan who are interested in US pot heads are probably in the category that we used to label "I wouldn't do her with your foot."

OTOH, there are lots of radical liberal progressives, perhaps, Harvard graduates, who are combing the world looking for very wealthy widows to support them while they fight for the other little guys.
