Yes, interesting about Rush and his new girl. Well, I'm happy for him, even though it seems sort of quick.
I felt kind of sad for him all alone in that big oceanfront mansion in Palm Beach! Only one cat left to keep him company.

There is not a snowball's chance in Hades that we will amend the Constitution..not now.And even if the Congress did pass it, doesn't it require ratification by 3/4ths of the states? Figure the odds of that happening.

Arnold's not running this ad. He's said if it were made possible, he'd consider a run but polls clearly show this change won't happen. Forget Hatch trying to push it and whoever's behind these ads. It's a waste of money.

You need not panic..Hillary will be our best fundraiser..The problem with her is that people DO recognize her..We'll take even more states unless we put on a real lemon if she is the nominee..I fear the dems won't select her.

I have said in other threads that the Pubbies need to come up with a superstar-type candidate to face Hillary, because the MSM will fawn all over her.
Most of the recognizable Pubbie names would not win again her. [Sorry, but that's the truth. Another Bob Dole type won't make it against another Clinton.]
Also, don't think for a moment that, just because conservatives don't like her, that she doesn't stand a change. She is the Dem's superstar. [If a candidate the caliber of John Kerry could cause such a tight election, Hillary will make 2008 more of a nail-biter than 2000 was, or run away with it.]

Ya gotta love the way Frist is "talking". "Tyranny of the minority" - praise the Lord, literally, that he the Majority Leader of the Senate.

Thanks again for the thread. I look forward to it every Sunday.
Hey, am I the only one who thought the Memorium to Arafat that Stehpanopolous did was so totally bizzare! I'm not surprised, but this one was way over the top with "Arafat, man of Peace".

My guess is that after a while with rush's celebrity status
you can take or leave company.

George Stephanopolis has no business being on TV playacting like a journalist. He is no different inside than James Carville. He's just shorter, has hair and the big head necessary to be a TV reader.
As far as Arafat? He sent people out to hunt innocent unarmed Israelis. Which in the case of some of the people he murdered was no braver than shooting puppies with AK47's. What kind of devil thinks it's OK to take an automatic weapon and shoot a pregnant woman and he children sitting in a car? A murdering Egyptian like Arafat (there is not such thing as a Palestinian, never has been).
Arafat was a hired thug funded by people like the Saudi's* to kill the people that they hate the most that do not follow Islam. And the US insanely sent money to Arafat too. And punks like Bill Clinton held Arafat up as some kind of human. (insert sound of me spitting here).
Democracy is "anti-Islam". As Islam is "anti-Democracy". The best thing we can do is promote democracy and free thinking (also anti-Islam) in the ME.

We have less than a year. The only name that even remotely
seems acceptable so far is a possible long shot, Jeb.
A Jeb/Hillary campaign would be a virtual hatefest on both
sides with our candidate being hated just because of his
name and their candidate being hated for who and what she is
and her name.
