BAGHDAD - Iraq's most wanted man Abu Musab al-Zarqawi has fled Fallujah with one of his top aides, the country's national security advisor said on Saturday after declaring an end to a six-day US-led offensive on the city.
"Abu Musab al-Zarqawi and Abdullah Junabi have fled... leaving their supporters to taste death," Qassem Daoud told a news conference in Baghdad.
Jordanian-born Zarqawi, whose group of militants have claimed some of the deadliest attacks in Iraq and a string of beheadings of hostages, has a 25-million dollar bounty on his head.
He is regarded as the frontman in Iraq for Osama bin Laden's Al-Qaeda terror network.
Despite the failure to snare the ringleaders of the insurgency, Daoud said that the government was determined to track them down and destroy them.
"The government is set on using all means possible in terms of force to liquidate these killers," he declared.
Could it be that this leader of terrorists is a chicken?

It never ceases to amaze me. They talk about paradise and what awaits them when they kill themselves for the cause...but when it comes time, they don't seem to want paradise anymore.
Could it be that they lie to their followers? Or are they the world's largest chickens? Or both?

The tone of Qassem Daoud is very encouraging though. If Iraqui leaders can convince their public that these foreign terrorists are all cowards, that's a good sign of things to come.
He is a coward. He makes threats, then turns tail and runs for cover. A coward!
