i think a lot of people here arent being completely honest in their positions on islam. i dont appreciate being called a troll for expressing an opinion i believe is shared by most people here. we are on one side and muslims are on the other side. this includes the ones we are helping in iraq and afghanistan. there will be no peaceful palestinian state and we will likely be at war with iraq and afghanistan in 20 years if they arent still fighting a civil war there after we leave.
i support bush and the war in iraq but we are wasting our time, soldiers lives and money trying to make muslims into civilized people. its not worth it.

The historical analysis for this WOT would be the Japanese in WWII. We developed the ultimate weapon and then when the choice was a million US dead or 2X A-bombs on Japanese cities, we made the right decision. We will do it again and it will be the right decision.
I live in Norway, and I was not overly surprised when an instructor at my local gym commentred to me just before the electioons that he thought President Bush was an idiot. That is pretty much orthodoxy over here. But, he went on, "Bringing democracy to the muslims, He should have flattened the whole darned country." More and more people are getting fed up.
