I'd say Bush has to be POY... They might pick Rove, but if you step back, this election was much closer than it should have been. Rove needed a better response to the WMD issue and didn't justify the war well in the media.
It was the public's trust in W as a man that pulled him through.

Don't count on it!
The way that the media have been downplaying the role of the Swift Boat Vets in deciding this election is shameful, to say the least.
I doubt that they'll give them the credit they so rightfully deserve, considering the fact that John O'Neill et. al., played a great part in exposing the media for the lying shills that they are.
