Did they just toss people who were not sure?

Sounds like it. I think Scott is probably guilty but this judge tossing jurors left and right should be good grounds for an appeal.

I thought the juror changes seemed like jury shopping. Glad to see a guilty verdict, but I think they openned it up to appeal 'big time'.

I don't think the judge tossed jurors who didn't agree. The jurors asked that the foreman be removed and when he was, he himself asked to be let off the case. The other juror was found breaking the rules--doing her own research. Someone said earlier in the thread that she tended toward thinking he was guilty. If the foreman was obstructing their decision, she may have gotten frustrated and have taken matters into her own hands. These are the reasons why they have alternates.
