I thought the juror changes seemed like jury shopping. Glad to see a guilty verdict, but I think they openned it up to appeal 'big time'.
I see it differently: The Asian lady slipped and told someone she had either watched or read stuff on the case and the Lawyer/doctor wouldn't even take a poll he was trying to re-try the case. Usually the first thing you do is take an initial poll to see where everyone stands and then work from there... so I assume they started over this morning and took a poll and low and behold -- they all matched!
