That photo is from a 1979 movie, "Rock and Roll High School". Starring the Ramones (with Richie Ramone, a great patriot, on guitar!) ...and the girl in the middle of the front row in that picture is now 54 years old.

Oh, you HAD to mention that, didn't you?
I think I'll go get a drink and watch myself age in the mirror.
Sigh!

Mike the SS will deal with these clowns. These pathetic idiots probably cried when the band,"Wham" broke up. They will be watched for long long time.

Uhhh...that's Johnny Ramone on guitar, who died recently and was a good conservative. There was a Richie Ramone in the early days of the band, BTW.
Rock And Roll High School is in my all-time top ten film list. God bless Roger Corman! And God bless the Ramones!

Whoa! PJ looks even better these days than in R&RHS. Yowza!

Didn't the band "Firefall" also to to BHS? I can remember when BHS was mostly known for ropers and dopers. And Fairview was...well, Fairview.

These kids seem to be of the same mindset of those Columbine kids, spoiled rotten, always get their way, anyone or anything that disagrees gets in their way better watch out.
Nice little home-grown Rat Anarchists.

Isn't that girl in the middle the MP from "Stripes" who got the "Aunt Jemima Treatment" from Bill Murray?

When I went to Fairview, it had the reputation for having the "dopers". BHS had the "alkies".
Of course, that was 33 years ago!I think Firefall's members all migrated to Boulder from other parts of the U.S. I don't believe it was a home-grown group.

That is the first symptoms of our disease. We should have taken Elvis out and hanged him, and all the rest and we would be better off today, despite I was an Elvis fan. But, I had no brains at all at that time and should have been able to depend on adults to stamp out the filth.LMAO! Darn those kids and thier rock n roll!

If this hadn't been exposed in the media, it would have gone ahead as originally planned. Now that the cat is out of the bag, they have had to change the song back and change the name of the band.
They interviewed the weak-kneed principal on the news last night and, of course, he denied that there was ever going to be such a performance. People who work with this man say that he just doesn't have the guts to stand up to the loud-mouth libs who are running his school for him.
They also had a short interview with one of the students who stated that the teachers who were planning to play back-up for the group shouldn't have gotten involved. She said something to the effect that they are supposed to keep their political values out of teaching and not influence "impressionable minds". LOL! It sounds like not all of the students at BHS are brainwashed.
