WOW! Larry Kudlow is slapping Pat around and accusing him of asserting moral equivalency between Arafat and Jewish Leaders.
Are you kidding? Kudlow said "You've been accused of anti-Semitism, and you're very close to that tonight."
He clearly implied it, if not outright accusing him of it.
He should have said it, because Pat IS an anti-semite.
Well that puts it in context.
If you want a real treat go on over to pat buchanan's "American Conservative"; don't be fooled by the title.
pat's contributions to America and conservatism over there includes posting justine raimondo's anti-American BS...the same swine who wrote an article a couple of days after 9/11 braying about how the mighty had fallen...he was in a state of joy over the 9/11 attack. Now buchanan and gang give him a place to spread his poison.
Well, looks like Begin was trying blow up intel that was comprimised....

When Pat said he was accusing him of being anti-semetic, K clearly stated that he was not.
If I can find the link (doubtful) I'll post it, but a few years ago there was an interesting interview with two British officers who were in the bar when the warning came in, and the discussion as to whether or not it could be pulled off. They thought it could, and though in the minority, left the hotel.
I don't think we have too terrible a disagreement. The King David was a target and fairly legit. Still it was attacked in a way that was going to injure or kill some inocents. The Sterns knew this and it was a part of their concept of pushing out the Brits by making the whole Palestine thing untenable at home. Is it the same as walking into a Sbarros and blowing it up? Of course not. A man who planned the King David could realistically become the leader of a nation and be viewed with the respect as such. A man who advocates or even allows children to kill themselves as well as others can never be viewed with respect.

I had never heard any specific examples, only references to his anti-semite views without any details. I filed those opinions away and did not think to much of them.

That wasn't my point. K was very careful to say he had not crossed the line in calling him anti-semetic. We should honor K's word.
You interpret Kudlow however you wish.
