Ziad Jarrah,Mohammed Atta,& Marwan Alshehhi stayed in Jacksonville.
Channel 12 has done a great job of investigative reporting with this. Sen Nelson says that the 9/11 commission knew nothing of this. You'll have to read the article, there is a video as well.

Jacksonville resident here, will keep a look out for Muslims acting suspiciously. Repeat Muslims acting suspiciously! Not Muslims in general. So if you're a Muslim don't act suspicious and start denouncing Terrorism.

Whoa! I'm headed to Jacksonville tomorrow for the Jags/Lions game. I'll keep my eyes peeled.

Howdy y'all,
I've got a brother in Jax and after reading in another post, that Al-Queda is claiming to have a nuke and that the Super Bowl is going to be hosted there, and given the proximity of the Mayport Naval Base-I'm a bit worried..am I just being paranoid ?
Surely, our guys will be on the look-out for any signs of radioactive emmissions..won't they ?

You're right! We must keep our eyes peeled for 'suspicious' activity.

Enjoy the game! Weather will be great! As always we must be aware that life is not the same as it used to be.

I don't think you're being paranoid! If you are then so am I! The Super Bowl would not be the only concern IMO.

The fact these terrorists are in Jacksonville has just recently come to light. And as you can see the FBI isn't commenting.

I remember hearing stories that Atta had flown into Glynco Jetport (Brunswick, Georgia), from Florida a few months after 9/11...
Are you sure Atta flew in after 9/11?? Perhaps some molecules arrived in the breeze?

Apologies for my dangling participle.... Stories came out a few months after 9/11 that Atta had flown into Glynco Jetport while training.

That's what I mean... how come Jacksonville is just figuring this out? It was common knowledge in Brunswick in 2001 that he had come here... I was just surprised it took this long for Jacksonville to discover the same thing.

Lots of info the 9/11 Commission didn't pursue; just add this to the list.

I guess this just freaks me out more cause I live in JAX.....
To: OXENinFLA
I can understand that; my brother lives in Jax too.
I posted an article today about all the other matters the 9/11 Commission didn't pursue. It's a keeper for those who try to use the Commission's report as a Bible.
