I have said on several occasions that Clinton was even worse than Carter. I think it is now a toss up.

He will say the same thing when Castro and Michael Moore die. He spoke of Sadat as his "close friend". He has some weird affinitiy for people with no souls: everyone from terrorists & dictators to propagandists making money off the blood of our own.

Both bad news. Clinton is a sociopath, while Carter's just plain stupid.

Sure Doug. Clinton was both one of the worst people ever to become president and one of the greatest politicians of the 19th and 20th centuries. His presidency was low to low average. Carter's was a total disaster. Maddie Albright's ridiculous diplomacy was nearly as bad as that of the Carter administration, and her pattycake with KJI may yet change my assessment of the Clinton days should NK decide to use those nukes.

Carter was way worse than Clinton. Although, Clinton was responsible for sending Carter over to meet with Kim Jong Il....that went great....for North Korea. Both are dispicable, but Carter was a complete Failure....Clinton did accomplish some good.
