There are very large Mohammedan populations in the "red states" too. Here in Alabama there are hundreds at each university plus many have obtained permanent residency and citizenship. Nashville, Tennessee has four mosques now and its Little Kurdistan area.
We have some experience in dealing with this kind of problem. Once it got to a certain point, the we made a very concerted effort to exterminate the Native Americans.
