Something I read right after the election
7 out of 10 Bush voters like him (as a person)
4 out of 10 Kerry voters like him (as a person)

My post included the observation that about one out of two Catholics voted for W.

Your respose: Uhh ...about one out of 2 Americans voted for W. Don't look now but your hood's showing.

I don't mind abuse on a personal level such as this from people who engage in sophistry.

The point to be made concerning the catholics vote, which obviously escapes you, is that there has been a large shift to conservatism during the past four presidential elections which is not the case for either the African Americans or the Jewsih vote (up to 25% from 19%)

Sorry...I neglected to point out that, as opposed to the Catholic vote trending clearly right, and now about half conservative (a fact which seems to confuse you) the Jewish vote in presidential election has always been strongly liberal throughout the past century with no clear trend to the left or the right....Regan first term got 39% for examople....

just facts.
