Perhaps in a few instances, but overall the mosques are protected and the terrorists know it.
Wish I knew how to post links, but theres a link today on FR called "Watchdogs over Fallujah"; it's about how our drones 'see' the terrorists skulking around in Fallujah and then coordinate with specialized Marine groups who see them on computer monitors, who then prioritize these targets and send shooters take them out.
During the live display for the reporter on how it all works a group of terrorists were spotted by the drone, their image sent to the monitor, and the operators dispatched an AC-130 to blast them. After the smoke cleared one of the terrorists survived and sprinted up the street to a mosque for cover. The Marine 'watchdog' operator, a Colonel, said, "he's running up the street for the mosque for protection, so forget him and let's find another target", (paraphrase). That's all I need to know about how we are attacking these scumbags in mosques.
>>You don't blow up a place of worship.....be it muslim....or Christian......we are Americans not freaking savages.
if that makes us sensitive......so be it.<<
It's just a building for crying out loud. I am a Christian. I believe the "Church" is the body of believers. The "Church building" we meet in is just that: a building. If it is in a war zone and the enemy occupies it, you take it out without even thinking about preserving the stupid building.
You can build another one later.
Buildings are not "holy" to Christians. It is not a part of our faith. They are merely tools, easily replaced.
LOL!!!!! Get a grip.
Well then what is your problem with our guys firing on a Mosque or Temple if the enemy is using it to attack them?
What do you want them to do?
It's not a "place of worship". It's a fort.
I don't want terrorists taken prisoner only to be set free later. They have forfieted their right to live among civilized human beings in this world.
When they get them herded in a central location, call in an ARC LIGHT strike.
The loud clapping you hear is coming from me.
Way to go, guys!
We sure are.
wow, That was a year ago.
