Bush got 42% of the Hispanic vote nationally, and in Florida he got 80% of the cuban vote. The response of the republican party in the coming years to Bush's policy can EASILY expand that margin.

The only problem with the Republicans banking on keeping and increasing the percentage of Hispanic votes, is they will have to govern as liberally as GW or more so.
