A great American Hero is coming to Richmond, VA this weekend – GENERAL TOMMY FRANKS! He will be speaking at the Landmark Theatre on Saturday, Nov. 13, 2004. Soldiers in the Fort Lee Army Band will be performing.

Instead of a ticker tape parade, they will be met with a protest staged by Denizens of the Dark - the toxic tofu twits from Food Not Bombs who slander General Franks as a war criminal and worse. “The role he has played in u.s. military aggression, through illegal, unilateral, and pre-emptive war is a crime against humanity,“ they whine.

Come join fellow patriots from the red state of Virginia in greeting and welcoming General Franks and the Ft. Lee soldiers.

Those who refuse to support and defend a state have no claim to protection by that state. Killing an anarchist or a pacifist should not be defined as "murder" in a legalistic sense. For those of you who have served in the U.S. Military - thank you from the bottom of my heart.

It is awful that some of our fellow citizens feel impelled to denigrate and condemn good men who have sacrificed so much in defense of a free society.

Yes, anarchists and socialists have the right to demonstrate and speak out. American soldiers have protected that right with their lives for over 200 years.

Knowing that they are aided and abetted by a left-wing press and the demoralizing effect this can have on our Troops, it is imperative that normal Americans speak out also. We have to be on hand when the cameras start rolling.

Even if we are ridiculed in the press, decent people know our intent and our military and their families know that America still cares and supports them.

The really dangerous radicals are the older ones who fly under the radar so speak and do the organizing. Most of the younger ones are clueless and enjoy the party atmosphere of street theater and demos, gladly spouting the party line in hopes of impressing the cute young thing marching alongside.

Many of them will straighten up a few years down the road when they are confronted with REAL LIFE and RESPONSIBILITY and no doubt will be ashamed of what they have done. Not all of them but enough to keep this a Red State country and not an appendage of the U.N.
