On November 9, reader Will Hartje wrote from Phoenix, "I believe the erroneous polls may well have been manufactured to provide cover for the ensuing fraud that would have been perpetrated had the election been close." "They would have been used as 'evidence' to support a rigged vote, had the Democrats had the opportunity to do so." This is exactly what I believe happened. In fact, before the election, they had already said they would challenge any state that fell below a certain percent of the exit polls. This was to be their excuse, but someone leaked the plan to Drudge.

And they're still up to it, with a movement insisting that Diebold stole the election for Bush in Florida. The party regulars switched their scam from Florida to Ohio, but the communist deadenders stuck with Florida.
