I don't think I could stand the ratcheting-up of the Bemoanerbaters crying over their latte's that a Dino win would cause.

on a side note, I got a call today asking for more money for Thune!....told her, after this election, we are tapped out.....
doesn't matter.....she is in lock step with Murray and the rest of the Rats.....
she won on about 2000 "provisional" votes....gee, wonder where they came from.....
Could they coax Jennifer Dunn to make the race?
Doubt it. They couldn't get her to run against Murray or for Governor, or even for her House seat again (although the House thing turned out fine, I LOVE Dave Reichert).
Dunn was divorsed about 20 years ago, and she just got remarried. I'd imagine she just wants to fade away. I'm sure we'll see her around there and again, but not often.

I just checked the secretary of states website, and Rossi has apparently moved ahead beyond his 2,123 vote margin to 3,086 votes ahead.
I don't know where the votes came from though. Still seems like good news.
New Data: Rossi ahead by roughly 4,400. Grays Harbor County just switched from Gregoire to Rossi.
According to my sources, Gregoire has to win over 62% of the uncounted King County ballots, opposed to the current 58% she is winning, to have a chance.
We conservatives in Seattle are having to practice defensive driving techniques - liberals with Kerry/Edwards stickers have taken the election results as an excuse to drive even more poorly than is usual - driving mad is not healthy. I wonder if we can ticket them for DWPO'ed?
If Dino Rossi wins - I think I'll park the car for a few days.
I don't trust any Demonrat in the Seattle area...sorry, son.......
I just hope Dino doesn't get "Cantwelled" at the last minute....

Rossi ended the day up by 3,492, with a projected victory margin of 4,401.
There are an estimated 84,715 uncounted ballots, of which 82,874 are likely to be split between Rossi and Gregoire. 52,326 in pro-Rossi counties, 30,548 in pro-Gregoire counties. If the uncounted ballots are divided as their counties' previously counted votes, Rossi gets 50.5% of the uncounted votes, or another 41,892 to Gregoire's 40,982
In order for Gregoire to win her share of the uncounted ballots statewide would have to somehow improve from 49.5% to 54.8%. More likely she would need 72% of the remaining votes in her counties, or 67.5% of the remaining King County votes (she's taken 58.9% of King County so far).
My Monday prediction calling the race for Rossi is looking better and better. Gregoire's spokesman Mr. Brilliant isn't sounding very.
"We're encouraged by where we are at the end of the day," said Gregoire spokesman Morton Brilliant. "We're strongly encouraged that Rossi's percentage in King County was only 37 percent."
Brilliant should be strongly discouraged unless Rossi's percentage falls to 32 percent.
