Former Texas Senator Phil Gramm for Commerce Secretary.

No, I don't like Phil for anything. When he was my senator, he was too much about doing the Lobby's business. For all he talked about small-businessman Dicky Flatt when he was on campaign, he did the bidding of the big banks, credit-rating companies, marketers, and major (not independent) oil companies in practice. That junk mail you're getting? That was Phil, passing a law that allows people you do business with -- your bank, your insurance company -- to sell your confidential business info on the street. That's what Phil was about.
