I would not like to see Orrin Hatch Chairman of the Judiciary Committee.
I do not want either Spectre or Hatch. Other than that I am open to suggestion.
That's not what I meant. If Hatch's leaving the Senate would give Frist and the Senate leadership a chance to appoint a more conservative (and less Ted Kennedy-compromised) senator on the Judiciary Committe, would that not be a good thing?
