You originally asked whether one should not steal in order to prevent murder; however, even if one stipulates that the use of oral contraceptives is murder, you must also consider the likelihood that one's act of stealing will actually prevent it -- in this case, nearly zero.

So you should have asked whether one is justified in stealing to make murder slightly less convenient.
